Learner name, grade, school, and stream. Parent/guardian name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), and relationship to learner. Payment details are processed securely through PayFast and not stored by us.
To manage enrolment and assign learners to sessions. To communicate session details, progress reports, and payment reminders via WhatsApp. To maintain attendance and academic records.
Stored securely. Not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law. Tutor access limited to their assigned groups.
